Pamela Cowan highlighted the damage to health care, including through cuts to prescription drug funding and a complete lack of resources for mental health and addictions. And the list of other areas being subjected to jarring overhauls in the wake of a campaign against change includes education both primary/secondary and post-secondary, along with health care.
